Group A Results

Because Group A has so many sets of results (now over 100) the data are displayed in 3 separate tables, Group A Hamilton1, Group A Hamilton2, and Group A Robertson. The separation of the Group A Hamilton results into Hamilton1 and Hamilton2 is completely arbitrary; the division was made so that each would have approximately the same numbers of results. Attempts were made to keep clusters of similar results together but some of those in Hamilton1 may find they are closely related to some in Hamilton2 and vice versa. Actually the results for all those in Group A are similar enough that the participants almost certainly all share a common ancestor within the past 500 to 1000 years.

As indicated by the results shown in the Group A Robertson table, there is a group of participants with surname Robertson who very clearly share close kinship with the Group A Hamiltons; the modal values for the Robertson group differ from the modal values for all the Group A Hamiltons at only 3 markers out of 75.
