Course Description:

This course examines the economics of competitive strategy. We will focus on the principal components of microeconomic theory, namely demand, production, costs, and market structure. We will use these tools to develop a formal, analytical framework for thinking about strategic management decisions through a exploration of business cases, events portrayed in the business press, and applications to your work environment.
