Exam Policy
The only acceptable reasons for missing an exam are:
1. Severe personal illness or accident., which must be verified by the University Health Center or the attending physician.
2. Severe illness or death in the immediate family, if the student is required to be at home at the time of the exam. This must be verified by documentation acceptable to the instructor.
