Academic Integrity:   Academic integrity is the pursuit of scholarly activity free from fraud and deception and is an educational objective of this institution. Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to, cheating, plagiarizing, fabricating of information or citations, facilitating acts of academic dishonesty by others, having unauthorized possession of examinations, submitting work of another person or work previously used without informing the instructor, or tampering with the academic work of other students. Academic dishonesty may result in a grade of F for the course.

Attendance:   Class attendance is required, as per university policy. Failure to attend class regularly may result in a lowered grade. If you must miss class, it is your responsibility to make up the material. Prompt arrival for class is required, and courteous conduct in class is assumed.

Exam Policy:   The dates of the midterm exams will be given well in advance. I do not give makeup exams except in exceptional and well-documented situations.
