Back near the house a rhododendron and an azalea are in bloom.

Chuck spray-painted the layout brown to protect the ties from UV radiation.

You can see the beginning of the knot garden. Between each rock in the circle of rocks is a baby boxwood. Inside that circle are white begonias; then some fuschia- colored impatiens. In the center is a plant that I've had in the window box for a couple of summers. It's too big to go in the window box now.
The next-door neighbor's rhododendron and the big pink lupine.
