Room 007 is equipped with twelve basic kitchen units that allow campers to work in groups of two  to complete their individual assignments.  Each station is similarly outfitted with its own range, utensils, pots and pans, sink and related items.  The front of the room has a demonstration area with a ceiling-mounted camera and projector and on the side there is a large screen television, allowing excellent visibility from all corners of the room.  A laptop is used with the presentation system for both notes and Internet access to supplement the discussions.
