Cook Like a Chef! is a day camp designed to introduce boys and girls aged 11 to 13 to healthy cooking and eating habits that will set them on the right path for their lifetime.

• Find out about a variety of fruits and vegetables—and how to prepare them

Learn the basics of good nutrition and how to make the right

food choices

• Explore the world of seasoning during our taste workshops

• Learn basic cooking techniques and how to design recipes

• Play games and do fun physical activities to encourage a healthy lifestyle

The week’s activities of cooking, tasting and savoring foods will culminate with a reception that the campers will plan and execute for their families and invited guests.Ages:
11 to 13

Time:
This day camp will meet from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
