9:30--11:00 cooking time for morning session, DDR, wii and crafts

11:00—11:30 serving time

11:30—11:45 clean up time

11:45—1:00 physical activity out doors (varies daily)

1:00—1:30 snack
introduce afternoon topic, description and ppt presentation

1:30—3:00 cooking time for afternoon session, DDR, wii and crafts

3:00—3:30 serving time

3:30--3:45 clean up time

3:45—4:00 quiz on that days topic, discussion
