Welcome to the Foods Lab! 

Here in Room 007 we are on a mission—to provide our students with the basic food science principles for a solid foundation for understanding food and cooking procedures.  Accommodating a wide range of culinary abilities—from novice to cooking school graduate—our program is both accessible and challenging.  We demystify the chemical processes that occur during cooking, and assess the results each lab during our tasting and evaluation.  Upon completion of the 14 different topics, our students are equipped to pursue career interests on an HR IM or Nutrition track. In addition, they build a firm foundation for a lifetime of culinary understanding and appreciation.
