The winter meeting was held on December 21st, and we nominated and elected the officers for 2004.  It was voted to pay for our lease for 2004. This has been done, and the lease returned and signed by Mr. Pedlow III   We also voted to pay our insurance when the bill arrives. (Taylor to keep track and pay, will come to Doebler)

 

Larry Shaffer volunteered to make a new sign for our entrance. We will still require all persons using our field to sign a waiver.

 

Dues have been raised to $45 for the year. This is now a “family membership”. AMA or SFA is required for pilots. People using our site for camping will be assessed a $10 fee, and are required to obey all rules and sign the waiver.

 

We will check the possibility of a flea market, discuss at the next meeting.  May 16 was designated as our Spring Fly-In date. This is the weekend after Mothers Day…..

 

John Taylor is our Treasurer, and it was voted on to have the sitting President named on our bank account(completed).

 

We need members, any input as how to increase our club activity would be appreciated. Jim Heaton is looking for any suggestions, call him.
