Monthly meeting are normally held the first Tuesday of each month with exceptions caused by holidays, etc. During the summer months, June through September, the meetings are scheduled to be at the club's flying site. From January through May and October through December the meetings are held at an indoor facility. In the event of inclement weather during the summer months, the meetings are also held indoors.

When coming from the West on US Hwy 220 Bypass, take the Harrison road exit and a right at the Stop sign.
If you are coming from the West on Rt26, take a left at the light which is Harrison road. Follow the road to the Institute.
If you are coming from the East on Rt26, go to the light and take a right on to Harrison road. Witherite Road is very narrow and is not recommended.
