The Day before the Airshow

This morning, August 12th, The Centre Daily Times (CDT) carried this photo from the 2004 SCRC Airshow as a way to announce this year's Airshow:

Field Preparation

The work party started bright and early at 8:00 am Saturday morning.

The fence was started at the north east end of the flight line and continued down past the office and hanger.	The fence is nearly half way completed at this point.  Sam has the announcer's canopy in place also.	Anybody have the plans that show how to assemble this Model?  Actually, by now, everybody has helped to assemble the canopy at past SCRC events.
Yes, the canopy for the concession stand did come together.  Sam had no problem with the announcer's canopy.	Al Jones brought the rewards for the workers, doughnuts.  He even had one with a happy face to show the mood of the work crew.	The work is done, Woody's trailer is loaded, and the crew is ready to return to their daily activities.

Some Club members took advantage of the nice morning to get some flying in after the work was completed!  However, the guy with the camera left before the flying started.
