This page features a variety of Sport type model aircraft.  These represent the major style of model aircraft that you are likely to see at the field on any nice day.

Above is Jeff Coulm's trainer style model aircraft.  Several of the young spectators had a chance to fly Jeff's model using a buddy box arrangement.

The Little Stinker shown in the two photos above is powered by a small chain saw engine.  These engines have a more realistic sound than the normal model airplane engine.
