SCRC Model Aircraft Club Introduction

The State College Radio Control Club is a group of approximately eighty individuals who share a common interest, building and flying radio controlled model aircraft. The club activities include a wide variety of model aircraft and member flying abilities. The club flying site is located at Centre Airpark near Centre Hall, Pa.  Click here for directions to the flying site.  Members may be seen flying there almost any Saturday or Sunday afternoon or nice evening.

SCRC is an Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) Charter Club (AMA Charter Number 682). The AMA is the national organization for aero modelers. It provides extensive Club and Member benefits; member and field owner insurance up to $2.5 million, a monthly magazine covering all aspects of model airplane modeling, and an AMA Safety Code.  Click here for an AMA application form.
