The board is composed of members of large and small organizations, consultants, and academics. The board strives for a balanced representation of these three groups. Requirements for Application to the EC Attend and participate in KMG meetings for 6 months or more Assist in the planning and management of one or more KMG meetings Contribute to the intellectual capital of the KMG meetings Be nominated for participation on the board by two or more EC members Board Responsibilities Regularly attend and participate in KMG meetings Regularly attend and contribute to the monthly EC meetings Take responsibility for coordinating the hosting of one or more meetings per year Take responsibility for obtaining a speaker for one or more meetings per year Solicit and identify resources on behalf of the organization Contribute to the intellectual capital of the EC and KMG meetings Perform other duties as necessary to attain the goals of the organization Top of page The Knowledge Management Group Philadelphia, PA Email: ews3@psu.edu
