Having finished my B.A. at the University of South Alabama, and my M.A. at the Pennsylvania State University, I am now a teaching assistant of Spanish and a graduate student working towards the Ph.D. degree in Spanish Linguistics (linguistics with an emphasis on Spanish) at Penn State. My interests include phonology, bilingualism, second language acquisition, language variation and historical linguistics.
