tcpwrappers on AIX: Part 2

I now have a v6-capable tcpwrappers built on AIX. Well, I think it's functional. According to tcpdmatch(8), it's handling hostnames with AAAA records. I have not been able to test it with a real connection, since sshd is statically linked against the old v4-only libwrap.

Static linking is bad, mmkay. Please, stop.

I'll rebuild OpenSSH on Monday morning.

Btw, I have confirmed that tcpwrappers on OS X 10.4, CentOS 4.x and Solaris 10 are IPv6-capable.
