If you have a vector Penn State identity mark, or just grab these, you can use it to create your own custom shape in Photoshop. Here's how:

Prepare the EPS file in Illustrator 7:01 18.2MB
Define the custom shape in Photoshop 4:30 9.5MB
Place with an Action in Photoshop 8:47 23.5MB
