Interests & Hobbys

As an Eagle Scout, my experiences have created many exciting pastimes, interests and hobbys.

 

 

Hiking and camping have become cornerstones of my summers. Whether it's the Adirondacks in upstate NY, the C&O Canal, the Colorado Rockies, or the backyard, I can't think of a summer without a tent, backpack, and friends. And yes, fire is mandatory.

 

 

 

 

 

Throughout various engineering campouts of making spud guns that break the sound barrier or launching a potato a half a mile, solar cookers, and an attempt at a rocket launcher - that worked unbelievably! - I learned that the fun is always in the air. Not those lame solar cookers... I also learned that aerospace is where I'd like to be from my various forays into rocketry and flight experiences.

Apart from Scouting, I enjoy other activities such as

 

Skiing

 

 

 

 

 

 

and Penn State Football!!
