How can I justify this project?

I am welcoming suggestions for how to justify the cost of this project for our VoIP Infrastructure. Your suggestions are welcome. Budget numbers even more welcome.

SMS to your cell phone works just about as well. I liked that the funding came from a Windows prize, but they only used Linux in the demo. :-o
