Original Online IST Version

All I have done to get this blog to work like a course site is take content from the HTML version of Online IST 110 and structure it as best I could on a days notice.  Porting this topic took me about 40 minutes ... this is after I decided to make each Lesson its own MT Page.  This still leaves content in some sort of easy to digest form while leaving the blog open to be used for course discussion.  I also changed the blog template to not use index.html so I could set the first Lesson to the front page of the blog.
