eMail and the Zero Inbox

I was going to blog this weeks ago ... given so many peoples' frustration with email, this is an interesting concept. I wonder if I could ever pull something like this off?

I've been trying to move towards this and will keep trying--I think it's right on. I shudder to think how much time staff dedicate to organizing their email instead of acting on the important ones.

I just went through my Inbox and was able to get from 3500 messages down to 1000. Not exactly zero ... At least my email works faster!

I have been working towards Merlin's idea, but am not quite there yet.
