Smoothie Recipes

Melon Madness Smoothie
1 cup frozen peach light yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1/2 cup honeydew melon
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup strawberries(or watermelon)
Put yogurt, milk, and strawberries into a blender. Blend on high 40 sec.
Add cantaloupe, melon, and ice. Blend on high 1 min.


Tangy Summer Blend Smoothie
1 nectarine
6 oz. Light frozen peach yogurt
1/2 cup dole pine-orange-guava juice(comes in a carton)
1/2 cup crystal light or other sugar free lemonade
2 tsp. Sugar
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smoothie consistency


Apple Coconut Smoothie
1/4 cup apple juice
1 pinch grated coconut or 1 tbsp. Coconut milk
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp. Fresh ginger root, peeled
2 small ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend.


Papaya Raspberry Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 fresh papaya
10-12 raspberries
1/2 cup water or fruit juice
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend


Strawberry Pineapple Paradise Smoothie
3/4 bag frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
4 cups pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice(fresh squeezed or Tropicana pure premium)
1 1/2 cups frozen light vanilla yogurt
Put all ingredients in blender and blend.


Apricot Mango Smoothie
6 oz. Light apricot mango yogurt(yoplait)
1 cup crystal light lemonade
1/2 banana
5-6 canned apricot halves
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend


Apricot Nectarine Smoothie
1/2 nectarine
1 apricot
6 oz. Light peach yogurt, frozen
4 oz. Crystal light or other sugar free lemonade
2-4 tsp. Sugar
Put all ingredients in a blender until blended


Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 banana
4 strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tsp. Sugar
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend


Blueberry Smoothie
6 oz. Light frozen blueberry yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup nonfat milk
Blend until smoothie consistency.(frozen blueberries maybe added to thicken mixture)


Pine Orange Banana Smoothie
1 banana
6 oz. Light dole pine orange banana juice
2 tsp. Sugar
Put all ingredients in blender. If drink is too, thick add orange juice


Strawberry Smoothie
5 large strawberries
6 oz. Frozen light strawberry yogurt
4 oz. Crystal light or other sugar free lemonade
2 tsp. Sugar
Blend all ingredients


Chocolate Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana
6 oz. Light frozen cherry yogurt
2 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/2 cup nonfat milk
Blend all ingredients


Mocha Frappucino Smoothie
3 cups strong coffee(put in the freezer about 1 1/2 hours or until it starts
to crystallize)
6 large ice cubes
2 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
Nonfat milk if needed to change consistency
Blend all ingredients


Pineapple Berry Crash Smoothie
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 pineapple rings
6 fresh strawberries
12-15 frozen raspberries
8-10 frozen boysenberries
12-15 frozen blueberries
3 oz. Light yogurt(any flavor)
Ice(how much ever you prefer for favorite consistency) blend all ingredients
