Chris Lucas is an Instructional Systems Graduate student at The Pennsylvania State University. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media. He has work experience in Web Development and Computer Graphics. He currently works for Dr. Arnold Shapiro, a professor at Penn State University, developing Distance Based Education.

Kate Seigfried is a junior at The Pennsylvania State University, working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Educational Technology Integration. As a pre-service teacher, she has experience with lesson development, teaching, and evaluation.
