YMCA of the USA National Swimming and Diving Advisory Committee: This is where you can find Nationals information, rules, and guidelines.

2007 USA Swimming Mini Rulebook (technical rules)

USA Swimming offers Situation Resolutions related to the technical rules. This is very helpful when studying for the test and interpreting the rules.
