Before I get to the review, I'd like to say that Hellfighter is
trying out for COTW with this card, so please give feedback in
the forum with the voting link so I can make my final decision.
Now, onto the review! Orichalcos picked today's card, and I had
to look it up because it is brand new and I have never heard of it!
I believe he has been play testing it and fairies in general, so
anything I miss in my review you can catch in his... Majestic Mech -
Ohka is a card with unlimited potential and combo power. It may end
up in the trade binder for months, then people will realize its power,
or the opposite people will try it out and decide it cant cut it.
Lets go a little more in depth.
The basic cut off for a cookie cutter 1 tribute monster is 2400 attack.
The other stipulation is that that monster have a game breaking effect,
ie all of the monarchs, Jinzo, and Ha-des all come to mind when we think
of fantastic 1 tribute monsters. So does this monster make the cut?
When tributing it, it has 2400 attack (check) but has no effect... Or
does it? Its effect lies in the fact that in a pinch, you can summon
it without a tribute and do what you want with it for that turn, but
then it dies. So the real question is, do you take up valuable deck
space with this over something like Mobius?
Well, I beleive the answer is yes! The combos this thing can do are
endless....It's a light monster, so in a pinch, you can summon it,
attack to see what your opponent has down.. Chances are, they will
sakuretsu armor it to avoid 2400 damage, and if they don't, you have
a light monster in your grave as chaos food. You can also save it
with interdimensional matter transporter if the situation arises.
It can go head to head with all commonly played beat sticks and if
you destroy them in a head on collision, you just gained a +1 card
advantage over them...
So will this card catch on and become commonly played? The answer
is it's to soon to tell. I have not had the opportunity to play
test this, or do battle against it as of yet, so I can't make a
definitive claim to either. Personally though, I think it is
defiantly worth a try, at least splashing 1 into your deck. The
worst that can happen is you summon a 2400 out and it gets Magic
Cylindered then dies... My rating for this may change in the
future, but as for now it earns....

Here's a card from an old decktype that is finally seeing
more support...........Fairies. Fairies had a small run with
the Agents back in Ancient Sanctuary and are now back in the game
with the release of Enemy of Justice. Today's card is one of my
favorites.
Majestic Mech - Ohka, a level 6 monster with 2400 attack and 1400
def. These are fairly standard stats for a 6 star monster. However,
take a closer look and you'll find the true power of this card.
It can be normal summoned WITHOUT a tribute. This is amazing. Being
able to normal summon a 2400 attack monster right to the field
without having to worry about having a monster already on the
field. This card is great for taking out those Cyber Dragons that
seem to be popping up all over the place. The main downside to this
monster is that if it is normal summoned without a tribute, it is
sent to the graveyard at the end of the turn. However it could be
worth it to take down a monster that's been beating down on you
early in the game.
Another great aspect of this monster is that it is of the Light
attribute, a characteristic seeing much more play nowadays. Ohka
could be easy Chaos food.....summon it without the tribute, goes
to grave at end of turn, and there's half of the equation. Ohka is
also great with it's own monster type with all the new support for
fairies in the new Enemy of Justice set, such as the Heralds,
Miraculous Descent, Celestial Transformation, and even the
mighty Voltanis.
All in all this monster is awesome. 2400 no tribute beatstick *drools*

Okay this is a new monster from the newest set: Enemy of Justice.
This card is Level 6 and a Light monster. It is also a Fairy so Fairy
decks (If there is any fairy type decks) can gain some support or you
can use it for a Light deck. Since this card is a light monster you
can use it as Chaos Food. This card has 1400 so you can get it to your
hand using Black Witch of the Forest if you use traditional of course.
This card comes in at 2400, which is average for a one-tribute monster.
But this Majestic winged beast like creature has an effect that it can
be normal summoned without a tribute which means it can act like a 4
star monster and might be a beat stick! But if you look at its second
effect, it destroys itself during the end phase. People may try to play
it face down but putting in face down doesn¡¦t erase the memory of
how it was summoned, meaning if you summon it then it gets changed into
face down defense position by your opponent, it will get destroyed.
But if it is face down DURING the End Phase, its effect will not
activate during that End Phase. However if skill drain is active
during the End Phase it will negate the effects of Majestic Mech so
it will not destroy itself. But I think the effect only works if its
normal summoned but if its special summoned by the effects of A Hero
Emerges, Reasoning, Monster Gate, Call, Monster Reborn, Premature
Burial¡KEtc, then it will not be destroyed by it¡¦s effect. But if
you try to set it, you still have to offer a tribute.
This card is one of three Majestic Mechs in EOJ and has the second
highest attack out of the three except for Majestic Mech-Goryu,
which comes home at 2900 attack. But out of all three, Ohka has the
worst effect; it destroys itself and doesn¡¦t have another additional
effect unlike Goryu, which can hand out trample damage. This card is
unlike Senku, which can give you one card from your deck if it
attacks directly.
However, you can still normal summoned this card and it will not be
destroyed but you will gain no additional effect. But when this card
destroys it self, you can still use as folder to summon chaos Sorcerer
or Chaos Emperor Dragon or BLS-Envoy if you play traditional..
I think this card is not that good of a card on its own but when its
used with other cards like Skill Drain then this card is okay. Another
thing is that when you normal summoned you wasted your only normal
summon, which is bad if you wanted to normal summon another monster
and if your opponent chains with Waboku you just wasted an attack
then it blows up. But there are some good things that a person with
the right cards is able to use this card correctly or you can just
use as trade bait. There are probably cards that you can use with
this card that I¡¦m missing. An expert player might be able to use
this card in the best situation but a casual player might not like
its blowing up effect.
Final thoughts:
Rating of this Card:
Advanced: 2.5/5-Too risky to use due to its blowing itself up effect.
Tradational: 3/5- Its at least folder for chaos monsters.
Art work: 5/5-Its excellent that its perfect use of light bright colors.
Which makes this card binder useful but not deck useful.
