Chimeratech is a good new card. OTKs get a new card to
use in conjuction with Cyber End Dragon and machine decks
get a nice little boost as well.
Chimeratech is a monster that gets more powerful for the
more monsters you put into it. The only Machine that HAS
to be involved is Cyber Dragon, which means you don't have
to run any bad cards in order to fusion summon this -- you
can just get rid of any other Machines that you don't need
at the time. Typically, you're either doing this from the
deck for Future Fusion, or from the Graveyard with Overload
Fusion. Got Dekoichis used up? Dump 'em. Cyber Phoenix?
Go ahead, dump it. Jinzo, proto cyber, spell canceler,
reflect bounder, all good choices!
For all your effort, you get a monster that's ATK is
800 x the number of monsters used, that can attack an
opponent's monster(s) a number of times equal to the number
of monsters used. 3 fusion materials? 2400 triple-attacker.
4 fusions? 3200 quadruple attacker -- and coincidentally,
that's the number you need to guarantee game gainst an
ATK position Spirit Reaper.
The Machine deck that runs this combo will ideally dump
every machine in the deck with Future Fusion, then every
monster it just got rid of with Overload Fusion. If
even ONE attack gets through from that, it should be
enough to win the game. If it isn't, then your old friend
Return from the Different Dimension can help, and if that
Return brings back both Jinzo AND Spell Canceller,
well.... good game.
Anyway, don't forget to use limiter in this deck, I mean,
why not add insult to injury. Pack plenty of cards to
deactive your opponents back row as well.
5/5 in Chimera deck
4/5 in Advanced (running a fusion can't really hurt you to often)

Ok, look at the pic and the name of this card, and what comes to mind?
POWER XD. This card is the ultimate fusion for the Cyber Dragon family.
However with its immense attack power possibility comes many risks and
limitations.
First off, this card is a fusion of Cyber Dragon (which is probably
one of the most used cards in the game). The big hit with this
monstrosity is that it can fuse Cyber Dragon with 1 or more other
machine-type monsters. This is a huge benefit. For one, the other
fusion material monster(s) are not specified other than being machine-type.
Any machine monster will do very nicely (Reflect, other Cybers, Golems).
The other part is you can fuse ANY number of machine monsters. <.<
The handy part to being able to fuse any number of machine monsters
comes into play with Chimeratech’s stats. The ATK and DEF of Chimeratech
become 800x the number of fusion material monsters you used. This could
be a huge benefit, or a huge letdown. If you’ve got your field and
hand stocked up with machines, this is the monster for you. However,
a limited supply would be equivalent to a fairly useless
Chimeratech.
The other big benefit is that if you managed to stock up a large supply
of fusion material for this bad boy, it can then attack a number of
times equal to the number of fusion material monsters you used. Stock
up 5 machines for fusion material and you’ve got yourself a 4000/4000
that can attack 5 times in the same battle phase. Sounds awesome,
right? Let’s now take a look at the downfalls to this card.
One, it cannot be special summoned except by fusion summon. Well,
most fusions tend to say this nowadays anyway. It also makes sense
to put it in here because with Metamorphosis, Cyber Stein, or
revival from the graveyard, it would hit the field with 0/0 and be
completely useless. Two, when it hits the field, it wipes your field
clear of everything except Chimeratech. Now onto the big pitfalls.
Although this card has the potential for huge stats and massive
damage, it is highly susceptible to common traps (such as Mirror
Force, Sakuretsu, etc) and spells (Smashing, Fissure, etc). However
within most Cyber decks, this conflict becomes resolved with a
handy machine from Enemy of Justice, known as Cyber Phoenix.
Pros:
1) Opportunity for massive stats
2) Can attack more than once in a battle phase
Cons:
1) Easily susceptible to spells/traps
2) Easily susceptible to monster effects
3) Wipes out your field when Special summoned
4) Once it hits the grave, it’s gone for good
Cyber Dragon deck: 5/5 (it’s a fusion monster, doesn’t count towards deck total, why not? =P)
Advanced: 2/5 (again same reasoning as above)

Chimeratech Overdragon, one of the more powerful monsters of the game.
It's currently the newest Cyber Dragon fusion and like any good Cyber
Dragon fusion, it is quite powerful. Now to look at the pros and cons
behind this behemoth.
+ It comes out with 800 x the number of monsters used in the fusion
process (including Cyber Dragon)
+ It can attack a number of times equal to the number of monsters used
to fuse into it. (still including Cyber Dragon)
+ It can attack the same monster multiple times if the attack target
isn't destroyed
+ Like any Fusion Monster, it doesn't count toward the main deck size
- Can only be Fusion Summoned
- Monsters with the effect that allows them to be a substitute
for a Fusion Material Monster can only be used in place
of Cyber Dragon and not any of the other Machine-Types
- Prone to commonly used Spells/Traps
- Prone to other Monster Effects
- It clears your own field (excluding itself) upon Fusion Summoning
- Can only be targeted by De-Fusion if you have enough
room for ALL Fusion Material Monsters used
- If Chimeratech Overdragon attacks directly and then your
Special Summons a monster during the same Battle Phase,
Chimeratech Overdragon cannot attack the new monster
If you look at that big list, you'll notice that there are 7 cons
listed and only 4 pros listed. This proves using Chimeratech overdragon
is quite risky.
