Charles Snow is a native Californian who has been at Penn State since 1974. During his career, he has taught both students and executives in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He has been a visiting professor at The Amos Tuck School (Dartmouth College), Norwegian School of Management, and the University of Oregon. He is listed in Who's Who in the Management Sciences, Great Writers on Organizations, and The IEBM Handbook of Management Thinking.

I am currently working on two research projects.  One project focuses on inter-firm collaboration, and it is led by a team of researchers at the Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland).  The other project focuses on organization design, and it is a series of annual workshops held at the University of Southern Denmark and accompanied by a scholarly volume that comes out of each workshop.

In 2006, I will make several visits to other schools in conjunction with my teaching or research, including Aarhus Business School (Denmark), University of Southern Denmark, University of Montana, Auburn University, and Melbourne Business School (Australia).
