Enterprise Systems Integration Club
Vice President, Fall 2005 - Present
ESI Club was sponsored by BAE Systems to explore all aspects of systems integration at the enterprise level. The club brings in corporate speakers, works on IT projects, and plans trips related to systems integration. I have been the Secretary since the club's founding in Fall 2005. The primary project for Fall 2006 is the development of an RFID tracking and registration system.
IST Consulting Club
Treasurer, Spring 2007 - Present
IST Consulting Club was designed for undergraduates interested in consulting careers. The club hopes to enlighten students through corporate panels and by offering pro-bono services. Eventually we would like to connect professionals to students through mentoring relationships, and develop a portal for information about consulting and the "road warrior" lifestyle. I have been the Treasurer since the club's founding in Spring 2007.
IST Student Government
Member, Fall 2005 - Present
IST-SG serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff in hopes of bettering the College of IST as a whole. As well, it's goal is to build a culture of learning and leadership that would be expected of tomorrow's IT leaders.
IST Honors Society
Full Member, Fall 2007 - Present
Provisional Member, Spring 2006 - Spring 2007
The objective of this society is to recognize and encourage scholarship, leadership, and service among students in the College of IST. We want to promote leadership by creating an atmosphere where students have the opportunity to experience personal growth by building confidence through professional development, and have the opportunity to help sculpt a stronger network of IST students.
Volunteers in IST Association
Member, Fall 2006 - Present
VISTA is a student-driven recruitment organization for the College of IST. Volunteers assist with large events like the IST Open House and Future Forum, and also help corporations get oriented and set up for information sessions. VISTA also has a committee in the IST Student Government.
Computer Network Club
Member, Fall 2005 - Present
CNC explores topics related to the interoperability of intelligent machines, primarily through the medium of computer networks. The club hosts several large LAN-gaming events each year for its members.
Photography Club

The Photography Club is a place for photo enthusiasts to share their work, trade tips and techniques, and participate in group photo outings. The group currently has over 30 active members.
Mac User Group
Member, Spring 2006 - Present
MUG is for people who enjoy using products from Apple. At the meetings, officers present relevant news and then open the floor for members to showcase useful tips and time-saving applications.
Team Handball Club
Webmaster/Member, Fall 2005 - Present
Handball became an official club sport at Penn State near the end of the Spring 2006 semester. Initially consisting of about twenty dedicated players, we hope to expand the club's reach in the upcoming year.
LateNight Basketball League
Team Captain, Fall 2005 - Spring 2006
An intramural basketball league that plays every Friday night from 7 PM - 2 AM at the White Building. The league is mainly comprised of people who played varsity basketball in high school. There are two playoff series each year and multiple mini-tournaments.
