I've
had
this page online since about 1996 and haven't updated it since 2006.
It's now 2011, so I thought it was time to wipe the slate clean and
start over again. A lot has happened in the local scanning scene since
I started this page, and a lot will be changing in the near future as
the county, Penn State and the State College borough contemplate
replacing the current analog trunked public service systems with a new P25 digital system. Read more about that project here
