My daughter didn't want lace curtains on either side of the front door of her 1920s house, so I made reversible quilts to cover the narrow windows.

Detail. If I had planned this better I would have pressed the seams towards the dark diamonds. Since I didn't do that, you can see shadows of the seams around the diamonds. |
