1. www.wordreference.com –English-Spanish, Spanish-English dictionary which is easy to use for students in all levels of language study.
2. www.rae.es/rae.html - The official dictionary of the Spanish language (in Spain); all definitions are given in Spanish and the website is all in Spanish. No translations are available here.
3. www.elpais.com/global/ - One of the most popular newspapers in Spain, the website is updated daily and provides commentary on world events in addition to Spanish events. Videos are also available.
4. www.colby.edu/~bknelson/SLC/index.php - Useful for both students and instructor, activities are provided for beginning learners and more advanced learners. The activities are often put in a cultural context with pictures, songs, etc. Most of the activities provide meaning-bearing input.
5. www.cervantestv.es -- Videos and interviews with Spanish speaking cultural figures (authors, actors, directors, athletes, etc.)
