The following is a lesson plan for a typically morning meeting in our Kindergarten classroom.
Morning Meeting Lesson Plan

This lesson includes ways I manage the students during this time of our day.  The management includes knowing what I want to do before hand and clearly setting expectations for my students.  I also feel that the consistently in our morning meeting routine helps me manage my students during this time.
