Assisted in writing items for entry-level and promotional exams for law enforcement agencies as a subcontractor for SHL USA, Inc.  April 2002 – December 2003.

 

Assisted in the research and implementation of a job analysis for the trooper position for a state police agency.  Practicum.  August 2002 – May 2003.

 

Assisted in the on-site administration of an assessment center for an oral promotional exam.  SHL USA, Inc.  June 2 – June 9, 2002.

 

Lead a project team in conducting a literature review of best practices in leadership development.  Graduate Consulting Project, Pennsylvania State University.  August 2001 until March 2002.

Teaching Experience

 

Taught a paced and rolling version of an on-line course, “Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology,” for The Pennsylvania State University World Campus Outreach.  Fall 2005 to present.

 

Developed an on-line version of a course on the Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology for Pennsylvania State University College of Liberal Arts and Department of Psychology, which was later adopted by the  Pennsylvania State University World Campus Outreach, Spring 2005.

 

Developed and instructed MGMT 341 “Human Resources Management” at Pennsylvania State University for The Department of Management and Organization, Fall 2004 and Spring 2005.

 

Developed and instructed PSY 231 “Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology” at Pennsylvania State University for the Department of Psychology Fall 2003.
