Your email address won't display here... just so you know! :)
Lucent Librarian...lighting the way with information.
Name: "Due Date" ... on time or else!
Name her "Call Number" because the call number tells you everything you need to know: The letters and numbers assigned to the work describe its subject matter and serves as its address on the shelf -- "Call Number is all you need."
Call her "Knowledge Woman", she can always out smart and out think her opposition
"Hard Copy" -- at a time when books are giving way to electronic media, "Hard Copy" comes to the rescue, reminding us that real books are the Real McCoy. Is that her Dewey Decimal Decoder Ring?!
By day, she is Ezra Binder, your friendly local librarian. By night and in times of distress she becomes RECALL, capturing criminals with overdue materials, putting lost books back in their correct place and preventing her arch enemy, SPILLAGE from destroying her precious collection. Using methods that will soon become available to librarians everywhere, she fights a continuous battle for peace, justice and good books.
She is The Archive Avenger!!
Defender of the Dewey Decimal, Enforcer of Eiche, Protector of Publications, Superhero of the Stacks, and Commander of The CAT! Penn State Book Stealers Beware!!!
No PSU ID?! No Mercy!!
The Periodic Paladin
I think these are some good ones:
Dewey Decimal Damsel (or Daredevil)
The Bionic Book Woman
The Disciplinarian Librarian
The Barbarian Librarian
Card Catalog Colossus
The Reader Leader
The Methodical Periodical
Annotator Terminator
Annotation Mutation
Call Number Queen
The Due Date Daredevil
Iron Fist Index
Manuscript Marauder
Periodical Prowler
The Reference Riddler
Database Domino
Book Brigadian. Don't worry if you can't find a book. The Book Brigadian will assemble her army and hunt it down for you. Or wait? Maybe you should worry?.... Late books? She'll find you!
The Database Ace! Her Alias- Kat A. Log. Her special move: THE EICHE STRIKEE!!!! Sometimes I amaze myself.
I like Sam Wagner's names - Kat A. Log and Database Ace. if i could enter I'd name her Bee Quiet AKA the superhero Shhhh.
The Literator, liberating the world with literature.
Keeping up with the Blue & White theme she's got going on, I suggest she be dubbed The Literary Lioness. Her sign could be a lion within a book silhouette, and we could build a giant spotlight on the library's roof to to project it onto the sky. Good times for all.
Given that she's garbed in pretty sophisticated (especially for a superheroine) clothes, and the fact that she's an icon of information and knowledge, as well as entertainment, I'd say she needs a name that's representative of her station.
Lady Paige Turner
