Week 5, Q1, Group 1: Is there a management practice: culture clash?

Hofstede discusses Motivation theory and how low UA and high MASC lead to an "Achievement" orientation characteristic of Anglo countries. What are some achievement based motivational practices you've seen and how well do you think they would transfer to another country? Discuss the basis for your argument.
