Science 200 initial blog post

Hello everyone! My name is Jason Semon and I come from a town called Lansdale, PA.  Lansdale is just north of Philadelphia so I consider myself a Philadelphian.  I love watching sports, but more specifically, the Flyers.  I spend some of my time hunting, fishing and snowboarding.  If I'm listening to music, it is safe to assume that it is country.  Virtually my whole iTunes library is filled with country music.

Anyway, the reason I took this class is plain and simple; my advisor told me to schedule a science gen ed.  As a business major, I have little interest in science so this class seemed perfect for me.  It seemed almost too good to be true  Science 200 was one of very few classes I could see myself taking.  It fit into my schedule without having to make any major changes.

Hey Jason I consider myself a Philadelphian too. I can't say that I am a country music fan, but I do love the Philly sports teams. Check out phillyburbs if you haven't already.

Jason, I come from not too far from you, although I am am a big Pittsburgh sports fan. It's all good though. Like yourself, I am a huge country music fan. I'm really into the Zach Brown Band and Jason Aldean. I am also in DUS and plan on entering the Smeal College of Business. We are taking this class for very similar reasons.
