I WANNA BE THE GUY
The most difficult game of all time.
Synopsis: You are this little man with the potential to be the guy. Will you be? No. If you can get to the second screen, you're lucky and dedicated. The game is an ode to a long list of classic old school games: earthbound, mario, tetris, kirby, street fighter, and so on. However in the most saddistic, cruel, and frustrating compilation ever known to mankind. Because I know if you download the game you will quit after 10-15 deaths (that will take about 2 minutse tops), below is one persons' "best run". Watch it and appreciate the fact that getting that far probably took many months of trial and error.

You're right. This is brutal. Probably the cruelest game I've ever played in my life. After about 40 tries, I managed to make it past the second screen in the demo version in Hard Mode (and by "Hard Mode", I mean the easiest option available).
While it's most definitely beatable, I've been told that this terrible game I made in high school is infuriatingly difficult in a similar way.

This game is tough, but it is also do-able if you take the time. I have been playing this game for a few days now and have gotten to the first 3 bosses, Mike Tyson, Zangeiff, and The Brain. I suggest anyone to try this game out, and look at youtube videos of "IWBTG" for help.
I beat the game on Medium and Hard. Once you know the maps and all the patterns, it's easy. I have about 800 or so deaths and it took an hour a day for a month to beat it.(Not so bad)
